So You Are Friends With All Your CTP Team Mates Right?

From the same guy who told you to update your CTP profile page comes another top tip.

SurfAholics Alpha’s own resident Sergeant Major Valentin Mavrodin now has another issue to take up with everyone.

He wants you all to be more friendly…especially to your fellow team mates and ensure that your team mates are also your friends on CTP.

Here are some reasons he gives for making more CTP friends:

  • it promotes better interaction between members
  • you may find possible business partners
  • having more friends means you will complete your Friendzy card quicker
  • posting on your friends’ profiles messages gets you noticed more
  • each time you share a badge with your friends your profile picture gets seen on their wall and
  • eachΒ  time you add a friend you also get promoted on the CTP Dashboard

And to make things super simple for you to add friends in CTP (at least for his own team) he has created a new splashpage on this very subject.

  22. Well I have to disagree with this and to be certain I looked up the word Friend and Friends in the dictionary and no where could I find the reasons you have given to call someone a friend.
I know who my real friends are and why and once again not because of any of the reasons stated here.
The more appropriate word to use would be acquaintances.
They might become a friend later.

    • Well, since this is fundamentally an online BUSINESS community, I guess the more appropriate term would be “associate”, or maybe “colleague”…

But those sound so formal and stuffy πŸ˜‰

  23. steven schofield says:
