Richard Arblaster founded the team and he wants the whole world to know how much he loves his band of oven ready canines.

Awesome – way to show team spirit!
I love the idea that the leader is supporting the team. He founded it so I guess it is a given that it should be that way. It should also be the other way so maybe the team members should be wearing shirts that say I <3 our ovendog leader. Better yet, maybe they should be recruiting so they can show their love and keep on clicking up the ladder.
