It is one of the closest weeks ever in CTP Teams. For a start SurfAholics Alpha are spending a lot of time in third place which must be a rather unusual experience for them.
While the Alphas are not too far from the lead, the real battle this week is being played out by Uber Surfers and Lucky 13 as they swap back and forth between first and second places on a regular basis.
I was criticized in an earlier post when I wrote that no team had the week “in the bag” and I still would not like to say how the table will look come Sunday night.
Tom Wacker hinted at what was to come on his Monday show when he also said it was not correct to assume that Uber Surfers were guaranteed a win just because they had won the last three weeks in a row.
It certainly looks like Lucky 13 is making a push for their first victory of the season but, as ever, it is the weekend where the big battles commence.
The strategy in the final days of the week is always important and CTP Teams has seen many weeks when the battle has gone all the way to the very last second…I think this is going to be another of those weeks.
CSN and Renegades have changed places with each other and could certainly change again as the gap between them is so narrow. In fact there has been so much change at the top in the past few days that Hits WorkForce is the only top ten team which is in the same place now as it was at the end of last week.
Looking at the top 20 right now, 18 teams are in different positions then they were at the end of last week – Adkreator being the other team in the same position.
Given the volatility of the teams I suspect that the position may change again by the time this post is live…I think another update may be needed before the weekend is out.
It promises to be another humdinger! Love it! Keep it up everyone 😀
