After One Night On The Tiles, Stray Cats Find New Home

They stuck together, but ten new cats in a new neighborhood late at night were bound to attract attention.

Eyes wide, pupils fully dilated, they looked out for one another but they knew they had to get off the streets…and fast. After staging such a dramatic Coup D’cat they could not fail now and it would not be long before the hardened street cats in the neighborhood came spoiling for a fight.

Another open window was needed and found in less than an hour. Three strays sneaked inside and the seven others stood guard outside. They needed to find a laptop or tablet with the very latest in paw recognition technology.

Their luck was in and before they had logged into CTP Teams, given themselves a name, uploaded a logo and The Strays had their new home.

The Strays

They explained their departure in one quick sentence (“We are the crazy cats who needed a new home) and then got down to surfing…

There is one very, very interesting thing about this new team…look.

Stray Cats all K4 so far

With ten members in, they are the first CTP Teams team made up entirely of Kore4 members.

We spoke earlier this week of a first all Kore4 team…could this be it?

Interesting…very interesting.

Events are coming so fast, a book shall be written by the end of the year. πŸ˜‰

  4. Lynn M says:

As I commented to the previous post, it’s all been quite interesting and I have mixed feelings about what was witnessed overnight. If nothing else, this new turn events has probably given you blog fodder for quite a while down the road!

  5. Raj G says:

Now it would be interesting to watch the progress..

With 10 members (50% Kore4) Crazy Cats are still at #4
With 10 members (all Kore4) The Strays are up to #22

Let’s follow what happens in the coming days…

All the best to both teams…

  6. Charlotte Ericson says:

    Good luck to the strays

  7. I don’t want to get all hissy about this. It’s all paw licking interesting news. My whiskers are bristling with anticipation of further goings on. Maybe a team of super mice clicking mouses.

  8. Not meaning to start a fight (oh…yeah…I am πŸ˜‰ )

I would imagine #ovendogs would have a bone to pick with this many felines in the neighborhood! πŸ˜€

    (oh the puns!)

  9. Jon says:

The amoeba that was Crazy Cats has split and is multiplying! CTP Teams will be overrun by bacterial cats. Aaaarrrrgggghhhh! πŸ˜‰

  10. lmao …what a great story πŸ™‚ you are darn good Patrick πŸ™‚

  11. It’s a wait and see what will happen.

  12. Anne Bergman says:

    Good luck to the Strays

  13. Joao Ramos says:

    Go luck to both teams.

  14. It is sad in a way that folks would vacate their tam and their members/friends? just to say they are all Kore4. I hope this is not a trend we have very valuable members who at this time are not Kore4 but soon will be. when we are all Kore4 we will have earned it by teamwork, not ran away from teamwork.

  15. I’m getting catatonic over all this caterwauling about a catastrophic event curtail it!

  16. Howard Fullmer says:

Good luck with your new team

  17. Anton Parvov says:

    Good luck all teams!

  18. Jon Olson says:

Man oh man, I got to bed and when I wake up…Wow.

    What a shocker!

  19. If these strays are looking for the best pickings, maybe they got tired of doing all of the hunting so that the freeloaders could do just a little bit of work and then enjoy the whole feast. It is hard to know. Not all of us work at the same rate or have the same amount of time so it takes all kinds to make a family of great players and support people. Good wishes to all.

  20. I think that they are grrreeat!

  21. Hmmm are they going to entice other Kore4 members to join them?

    Could be CATastrophic!

  22. It appears I have offended some of the Feline persuasion.
For this I offer my apologies, never meant to hurt anyone’s feelings over this disbanding and reforming. It’s not the first, nor will it be the last time it happens. I wish the new team well and those still on the old team nothing but success as well. Sometimes I should not say anything; I get misunderstood in my intent. so I have made my amends good luck to every team in existence and to those yet ever to form,

  23. Virginia Herron says:

It is just as Ole said. This had nothing to do with wanting a Kore4 only group but not being brought down by members who were not contributing.

  24. Glenn Witmer says:

Some one call the humane society to pick all these cats in the area!!!!

Good Luck to all the teams

  25. Elina Balashova says:

Good luck to both teams, and… Make love, no war! πŸ™‚

  26. Is this also the first team that can claim to have its own them song?

  31. mmcadmintx says:

Good luck to the Strays…it’s hard to have fun in a discerning environment. Make the best of your new home πŸ™‚

  32. Ken Wolff says:

There has been a lot of movement and banter about people moving from team to team, not to mention the cats and dogs. The important thing is that we have that freedom to work and play with who we want.

I have not done so my self but I heard about a very uplifting blog post by our friend Tom that I think everyone should read. It is about doing things not with the me me me in mind but for the good of helping the team. I am happy to say that Team Wake Up Now is moving in that direction. Not everyone is on board with the plan and we have our share of slackers, but there are a lot of enthusiastic players, both K4 and not, hard at helping others for the good of the team.

  33. Damn sneaky felines can’t even stay together as a collective obviously relying on their lives to use to keep going well they will run out of them eventually. Then like most cats into a plastic bag and of to the tip for disposal.

  34. Wendy says:

    WTG The Strays!

  35. Karen Kuty says:

Good luck to all of the teams–animal and human. And, as always, Go Team Wake Up Now!
