Update: In The End It Was The Final Two Minutes That Won It

Man in black Matt Badura

I had no idea just how close last week’s weekly contest was until now. Man in black Matt Badura has revealed that winning the contest for the Alphas came down to the last two minutes of the week.

There are exactly 10,080 minutes in a week and it was the final two that made all the difference in the closest ever finish to a week since CTP Teams was launched.

Just minutes after the battle ended at midnight Eastern on Sunday night SurfAholics Alpha leader Matt and Lucky 13 leader Tom Wacker got together on a special Spreecast to talk about what had just happened.

Matt said: “We have just had an epic battle. This has been the biggest, most challenging, fun and exciting bettle of this entire CTP Teams contest.

“It was a crazy battle which really came down to the last two minutes and I wanted to do this Spreecast to say ‘good job’ to everyone who took part.”

Tom said..erm well Tom was very quiet really as he was unable to connect his camera to Spreecast so we will have to wait for his own Spreecast to hear Tom’s views on what happened.

Matt Badura but no Tom Wacker on the spreecast

There was a rather good laser-type light show while Matt waited for Tom to connect…so it it well worth watching the recording to see that.

At the end of a match teams get to shake hands and pat each other on the back, since we are scattered all over the world I figured this could be the next best thing 😉
