Wow. Jon’s going to be back in just a couple of days. Our Customer Appreciation Week is just about done. The rest of today and tomorrow and it’s back to normal at TimTech.
But that doesn’t mean that we aren’t still giving 3x Reward Points and great deals every day. Oh, no. We are going to go to the end no matter what.
I am still highlighting some of our customers. I wish I could highlight everybody, there are so many that deserve some time in the spotlight.
Eric Goettman is a genius. His advertising is just over the top, we could have a discussion about the top 10 ads in the history of TEs, and Eric would have at least a couple in there. We could talk about the smartest business decisions in the history of TE Land, and Eric would be on that list, too. We could talk about the best TEs ever, and Eric would be in that discussion, too.
Maybe a couple of things you don’t know about Eric. He has an offline job (I know. He doesn’t sleep. Ever) working at one of the happiest places on Earth. He is a dedicated family man with a lovely family. I have misspelled his name more times than any two other people ever.
John Novak is just plain a good guy. He has a great TE with one of the coolest mascots ever. Leo is a perpetual leader in the TEBrand poll. As he should be. John went through some terrible times with a PTC and cheaters and PayPal disputes. It would have ruined most people and kept them from ever coming back.
Not John. Not Leo. They came back. And didn’t come back hat in hand. They honored all subs and commitments and commissions. A real testimony to the character of the man.
You may not know that Doc John is just that. An emergency room doctor. He saves lives everyday. I told you he was a good guy!
Matt Badura rose to fame as the original leader of the SurfAholicsAlpha. In my position as leader of the Lucky 13 I had every reason to be his enemy and antagonist. But a funny thing happened that first season. Matt and I became friends. Doesn’t mean I didn’t want to crush his team, but…we are still friends.
Customers are gold. But more than money, customers are golden. We certainly do appreciate every one of ours!
